The Story
I didn't start with a business school degree or a venture-backed startup. I started by watching manufacturing founders — people who had built real things with real hands — lose everything because no one taught them how to build a revenue system.
I spent years inside the chaos of MSMEs, startups, and family businesses. I saw founders working 14-hour days, chasing dealers, fighting fires — and still not being able to predict next month's revenue. The problem wasn't effort. It was architecture.
